Guidance on how to store/keep the buns:

Madu Buns

Best consumed warm on the day of purchase. To store, keep chilled at all times sealed in an airtight bag or container.

If not consumed within 2 days, store in the freezer for up to 1 month. Do thaw and reheat before consumption.

To reheat, toast in the oven or airfryer at 150C-180C for 5-10 minutes. To microwave, reheat together with a small cup of water in 15 second intervals, to prevent the bread from drying out too much.

Sourdough

Recommended to slice as needed. If not consuming on the day of collection, do store in its original paper bag for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container or ziplock bag.

To reheat:

  • – If frozen, do allow the bread to thaw overnight in the chiller.
  • – Spray both sides of each slice of bread with a little water just enough to evenly coat the surface, right before placing in the oven or toaster.
  • – Toast at 175C for 10 or until desired crispness.

Viennoiseries (Croissants, Kouign Amann, Pain Au Chocolat, Danish)

Best consumed warm on the day of purchase. Recommended to store in an airtight bag or container.
