We love mentaiko here at Madu! As Classic Garlic’s sister, the Katsu element shines here too! This bun is made for Mentaiko fanatics and sushi lovers, we add a touch of honey for the natural flavours to shine through.

Best consumed warm on day of purchase. To store, keep chilled at all times sealed in an airtight bag or container. If not consuming within 2 days, store in the freezer for up to 1 month. Do thaw and reheat before consumption.

To reheat, toast in oven or airfryer at 150C-180C for 5-10 minutes. To microwave, reheat together with a small cup of water in 15 second intervals, to prevent the bread from drying out too much.
