After several tries, we have created the perfect ‘Katsu Garlic Bun’, with moist creamy, fluffy insides and crispy Parmesan Crust, this is perfect for foodies who love textures in their food.

Best consumed warm on day of purchase. To store, keep chilled at all times sealed in an airtight bag or container.

If not consuming within 2 days, store in the freezer for up to 1 month. Do thaw and reheat before consumption.

To reheat, toast in oven or airfryer at 150C-180C for 5-10 minutes. To microwave, reheat together with a small cup of water in 15 second intervals, to prevent the bread from drying out too much.
