- Japanese Bread flour
- French Flour
- Sea Salt
Recommended to slice as needed. If not consuming on the day of collection, do store in its original paper bag for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container or ziplock bag.
- If frozen, do allow the bread to thaw overnight in the chiller.
- Spray both sides of each slice of bread with a little water just enough to evenly coat the surface, right before placing in the oven or toaster.
- Toast at 175C for 10-15 minutes or until desired crispness
